Installation Instructions for On-Off Check Valves

      and SS On-Off Check Valves  
 
 
number one For 1/8 inch NPT spray booms us a 1/8 x 1/4 Reducing Hex Nipple and apply pipe dope or Teflon tape then attach to spray boom as shown in FIGURE 1

number twoAfter nipple is attached to spray boom apply pipe dope or Teflon tape to the 1/4 NPT end as shown in (FIGURE 2)

 

 

 
   
   

number threeUse a 5/8 inch open end wrench and tighten until snug. Be sure and check rotation so that when the check valve is in the on position the leg is down as shown in (FIGURE 4)

number fourVerify the check valve is installed correctly. The rotation should be as shown in (FIGURE4)
number fiveInstall the nozzle and position the spray tip at the proper angle as shown in (FIGURE 5)
